The certificate · and the record behind it

One page per person, and every field on it can be checked

Your people do not finish this training with a badge. They finish with a certificate that names the course, the dates, the hours, the assessment and the trainer who marked it — because those are the questions asked later, by an auditor and by a customer.

The version below is a sample with a placeholder learner. A real certificate is printed from that person's own record: the trainer marks attendance and the assessment, and the certificate can only say what the record holds.

What the certificate looks like

[Participant’s full name]

of [Company name] has completed the course

L1 — Get Your Company AI-Ready · course code KYL-L1

Total training hours: 16 · Training dates: [dd mmm yyyy] – [dd mmm yyyy]

Assessment: Competent — assessed on the learner’s own work

Trainer: [Trainer’s name], ACTA-certified (ACTA no. [number])

Certificate no. KYL-L1-2026-0001 · issued [dd mmm yyyy]
Kyly CST Pte Ltd (UEN 201942481M), Singapore

The sample uses placeholders in square brackets. It is a sample — no learner has been certified by it, and it carries no certificate number that can be checked. To print it, use your browser's own print command (Ctrl and P); the page is set up so nothing but the certificate prints.

Field by field

Where each line comes from

Nothing on the certificate is typed in from memory at the end of the course. Each field is printed from the record the trainer kept.

Total hoursThe sum of the session hours on that record, added from the attendance entries, not typed in

Limits

What the certificate does not say

It does not give anyone a title. There is no “certified AI professional” line, because we do not sell a title. It records that a named person completed a named course, for a stated number of hours, and was assessed on their own work.

It is not a government certificate. It is Kyly CST Pte Ltd’s own certificate of completion, and no government body’s name or logo appears anywhere on it.

It proves one thing and claims no more. A named person completed a named course, for a stated number of hours, and was assessed on their own work on their own paperwork — and anyone can check that with us.

It cannot be issued for someone who did not do the work. If a person has not produced the workflow and passed the assessment, the answer is a re-assessment, not a certificate.

The rest of the record

The certificate is the front page. Behind it sit the attendance record, the hours, the assessment part by part and the artefacts the person produced — who writes each line, and who is allowed to see it, is set out on the records page.
