The certificate
Names the course, the dates, the hours, the assessment result and the trainer who marked it, with a record number that ties the page to that person's file.

Most training ends with a slide and a badge. This one ends with a set of documents that answer the questions asked months later: which person, which date, what they built, what changed, and who signed for it.
Everything below is a real document from our own pack, with an invented company and an invented learner in it. Open any of them, at your own desk, before anyone from our side talks to you.

The record behind the certificate
Every session with its date, the hours attended, what the person built that day, the assessment marked part by part, and the before-and-after numbers taken on their own work.

Signed by your company
What your staff may put into an AI tool, what they must never put in, who answers when something goes wrong, and what happens the first week. One page, because a policy nobody reads protects nobody.

The staff side
The roles in the company, the skills each one needs, the training attached to each step, and what the person actually gets at the end of it — written down, so it is a plan and not a promise made in a corridor.

Signed by both sides
What the company can do after that it cannot do now, who is trained, what it costs, the order it happens in, and the two signatures that turn a conversation into a commitment.

For whoever checks later
The read-only view of the same records: which record answers which question, who wrote it, when, and whether it has been changed since. This is the page that ends an argument about paperwork.

The company in them is Northstar Facilities Pte Ltd and the learner is called SAMPLE LEARNER NAME. Both are invented for this page, and every sheet carries a SAMPLE banner so nobody can mistake one for an issued record.
Your staff's names, your records and your documents never appear on this website. What you have just opened is our own pack, not a client's.
Where a figure could not be measured on the learner's own work, the sample leaves the line blank and says so. A blank line is honest; a made-up number is not.
One thing we will not do: hold these up as case studies from other companies. We are new, and we would rather show you the documents you will actually receive than a story about somebody else.
One page, one question. Tell us how many staff and what you want them able to do, and we will come back with a date and the documents in your company's name.
